Last evening, I had the privilege of hosting a teacher workshop centered around the crucial topics of Inclusion and Differentiation in the classroom. As we delved into strategies for supporting students with diverse needs, including ADHD, ADD, Autism, dyslexia, and more, one key discussion emerged: the profound impact of movement on student behavior and learning.

Throughout our session, we explored the compelling reasons why incorporating movement into teaching practices can significantly benefit all students, particularly those facing behavioral challenges.

A Research published in the Journal Neuroscience suggests that aerobic exercise can enhance hippocampal function, which is crucial for memory formation and learning.

Moving in the classroom can have various effects on the brain due to the complex interactions between physical activity, cognition, and neurobiology. Here are a few reasons and research papers and journals why movement in the classroom can impact the brain to improve behavior and Learning.
